Refund Policy

At the Delburne Skating Club, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while supporting the continued operation of our programs and ice costs.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Skate Canada Fee
Delburne Agricultural Society Membership Fee
Fundraising Opt-out Fee
Kitchen Opt-out Fee

These fees are paid directly to governing bodies or go toward club-wide commitments and cannot be reclaimed once processed.

Program Fee Refunds

Program fees may be refunded based on the portion of ice time used.

Refunds will be pro-rated according to the number of sessions that have already taken place at the time the refund is requested.
Any sessions attended or offered prior to the request will be deducted from total.
Refunds will not be issued after 50% of the program has been completed unless special circumstances arise and are approved by the board.

Medical Withdrawals

If a skater must withdraw due to injury or medical reasons, prorated refunds will be given with a doctor's note.

Session Cancellations

If sessions are cancelled due to weather, facility issues, or other situations beyond our control, make-up sessions may be offered when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed for the cancellations.

**The Delburne Skating Club reserves the right to cancel or change all scheduled times and programs due to insufficient registration. Throughout the skating season, unexpected ice cancellations can occur.**
