Volunteering and Fundraising Requirements

We’ve simplified our registration and volunteer requirements for the Fall 2026 skating season!

CanSkate, PreStarSkate, and PowerSkate Requirements

All-In Registration Fee

Your registration fee now includes:

Skate Canada membership fee
Delburne Ag Society membership/pass
No kitchen shift requirements or kitchen opt-out fees
No additional Ag Society meeting or volunteer-hour requirements

The program price you see is the total registration price you pay! There are no separate Skate Canada or Delburne Ag Society fees added after registration.

Fundraising Requirement

To help support the Delburne Skating Club and keep our programs affordable, each skater is required to participate in one fundraiser for the season.

For the Fall 2026 season, we will be participating in the Old Dutch Halloween Pack Fundraiser.

A minimum of $30 in fundraising per skater is required.

StarSkate Requirements

Please note: StarSkate coaching fees are not included in the club registration fee and will be billed separately by your skater’s coach.

Each StarSkate skater is required to participate in one fundraiser for the season.

Delburne Ag Society Membership Requirements

Our club operates out of the Delburne Agri-Plex, which is proudly managed by the Delburne & District Agricultural Society. All skating families are required to hold an Ag Society membership, which directly supports our local arena and helps keep ice fees as affordable as possible.

Your Delburne Ag Society membership is now included in your skating registration fee. There is no additional membership fee to pay or separate membership to purchase through registration.

Current membership rates are $50 per individual or $100 per family, with the applicable membership cost covered through your registration.

There are no additional Ag Society meeting or volunteer-hour requirements for skating families.

These memberships help support the operation and maintenance of the Agri-Plex and ensure it continues to serve our community for years to come.
