Treasure Report:

·         We have money to spend. Should we put some money into costumes? Decided to keep fees low for skater!

·         We are going to do Gift cards at the end of the season for PA’s and PowerSkating assistant Charissa ($150.00 for PA’s was decided.) PA’s are paid an additional $5.00/day to help with canskate.

·         We made a Motion to apply to be a Non-profit Society, and everyone was in favour of this motion! Lorna Goddard is taking on the job of applying to be a society. Haylie moved that we change the name from Delburne Figure Skating Club to Delburne Skating Club and Nikki second. Everyone was in favour to change the name.

Uplifter is a GO!

·         $29.00/month for a website for the skating club

·         This will be better for registration and people can look up the club!

·         Haylie Page is setting up the Skating Clubs Uplifter website.

·         We talked about Hosting a skating competition. All in favour to do this in the future but not currently.

·         It was all agreed upon to get all ages included (the kids that want to) in the competition when we host.

Reviewed Board Member Responsibilities:

·         All agree that we need to get some more members on the skating club board (ex. directors, fundraiser coordinator, etc)
